$18 - $20 per hour depending on experience and position.
$500 sign on bonus!Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8am - 4:
30pm.
Rotating on-call.

Role and
Responsibilities:
Assist with resident work orders in apartments.
Assist with turnover of apartments.
Grounds/landscaping work as needed.
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC in apartments.
Appliance repair.
Customer service.
Rotating on-call in the Lancaster, Lititz, Akron and Reading areas.
May be eligible for an on-call bonus! Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred, but not required.
Working cell phone.
Basic hand tools.
Excellent customer service skills.
Valid PA Drivers License and reliable and insured transportation.
High School Diploma/GED.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
