, a well-established Mechanical Contractor doing business throughout South Central Pennsylvania, has a position available for an Assistant Contract Administrator with the possibility of advancement.
Assistant Contract Administrator Duties and
Responsibilities:
Assist contract administrators in setting up new projects, processing contracts, data entry, and obtaining necessary documentation.
Maintain accurate records for contracts and change orders, both digitally and physically.
Update/maintain various reports and tracking in Excel as needed.
Assist in processing contracts and subcontract change orders.
Assist in preparing mid-month and end-of-month invoices for construction projects, providing necessary documentation as required.
Other related duties and projects to assist contract administrators as needed.
Contract Administrator Requirements and Qualifications Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree a plus.

years of office experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Excellent professionalism, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Flexibility and willingness to learn.
Prior experience working in the construction industry and with Viewpoint/Vista a plus.
Hours and Schedule:
8am to 5pm Monday through Friday with a one-hour lunch break.
No weekends or holiday required.
